FLEXOMAX G Product Description Flexomax G are jaw couplings available in many arrangements Torque range Up to 97, 200 Nm Applications: Material Handling, Iron & Steel, Construction & Mining Industry, Oil & Gas, Sugar & Ethanol. Useful as gearbox input and output couplings Suitable to compensate axial and angular misalignments between coupled shafts, absorbing shocks and vibrations from driving or driven machine. Elastic element made of rubber is resistant to dust, water, oil and weather conditions. Due to its simplified assembling, FLEXOMAX G allows quick and safe installation, not requiring lubrication and reducing the maintenance time. FLEXOMAS G is available in 18 sizes and several construction designs ( see below) , with torque transmission capacity up to 97, 200 Nm and shafts housing diameter up to 250 mm. 100% interchangeable with Normex couplings 1. Type GE 02 piece coupling design. Necessary to displace axially one of the coupled machines to replace the elastic element. 2. Type GG 03 piece coupling design. Equipped with an axial claw ring, which enables to turn either the driven or driving machine separately. Sliding claw ring allows inspection or replacement of the elastic element without displacing the coupled machines. 3. Type GH Spacer coupling design.Equipped with radially removable spacer which enables to turn either the driven or driving machine separately and makes easier the maintenance of “ back-pull-out” pumps. Removable spacer allows replacement of the elastic element without displacing the coupled machines.
